Psalms 139Lord, you have examined me and know all about me. You know when I sit down and when I get up. You know my thoughts before I think them.

Thing that bugs me the most: THE POST OFFICE!!!!

Pretty sure I spent half an hour in line to get my passport papers turned in just to hear the guy say "Our passport guy isn't here today, would you please go to another post office!"

Attempt 2: Spend another 30 minutes in line to hear the guy say "This isn't a certified copy of your birth certificate, could you please go to California and get a new one."

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!! Only 4 days until it's 2006!!! Weird!

Desperate, I am desperate,

Not a breath left to spare.

I’m longing, yearning,

To be there.

My hands are not nearly

As stained as yours are.

But I’m dirty, so dirty,

And you seem so far.

Won't you see my suffering,

won't you see my pain.

My tears are falling,

like a heavy rain.

I'll climb every mountain,

swim every sea,

if only

you would help me.

James 1:27

"This is pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father, to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."

My God, I have forsaken you,

I am lost in my desire,

I have forgotten you,

Burn me with your fire.

My pride is building up inside,

I'm overwhelmed and burdened,

Take me captive,

Make me unbudened.

Who have I made myself?

Where have I left you?

Comfort me, dear Father,

I need you.

My heart is heavy,

but your burden is light,

take me, my all,

and hold me tonight.
